FRIDAY
10:00 – Registration opens at Community Center
11:00 to 1:00 – Add memorabilia to tables and decorate Community Center
1:00 – Gather to decorate floats for parade
6:00 – Informal potluck at Community Center (BYOB)
SATURDAY
9:30 – Gather at float location (TBD)
10:00 – Parade starts
1:00 – HOTR Ride of Champions (Ticket information at Spirit of West Fest website)
6:00 – Catered informal dinner at Community Center (Registration by Jul 23 required)
8:00 – Logan Mize Concert at Fairgrounds (Ticket information at Spirit of West Fest website)
